Emirate Women
1. The conflict is mainly Emirate woman and how there families honor should be preserved.
.The purpose of such a problem is woman in the U.A.E who are willing and able to work freely
in a mixed environment are considered by most elders a great disrespect to our ancestors culture and believed to bring shame to the tribe she belongs too.
2.World view: Honor/shame .
3. Allow diversity in the work place the mix between man and woman in a workplace is very help
for many reasons it allows ideas to follow brings competition which only lead to innovation and by
overlooking such issues we will only go forward.
B.Well for my world view is more about innocence and guilt and its basically because NOT only in the U.A.E but its on a global scale where people are deprived from there basic freedom of choice i believe it is not there ancestors lives to decide where their paths should be and reinforcing what they were taught is right this will never lead the U.A.E to the road of success because only god knows how many great minds cant actually shine and exchange such there great ideas because they were never given a chance and they are guilty of that.
